I noticed something scary. I made a resolution to fix my finances and relationships, but I realized Iâm doing exactly what my mother did at my age. I feel like Iâm stuck in a loop. How do I stop this âNew Year, Same Struggleâ cycle so I donât pass it to my kids?"
â Breaking the Chain
This is the bravest question you could ask. Most people sleepwalk through their family karma, but you?You just woke up.
What you are describing isn't a lack of willpower. It is agenerational echo. We inherit our grandmotherâs eyes and our fatherâs laugh, but we also inherit their survival mechanisms and their fears.
That "struggle" you feel? That was their safety. Maybe your mother had to hoard money (or spend it fast) to survive. Maybe your father had to be emotionally distant to protect his heart. But what kept them safe is keeping you stuck.
It is time for the Ancestral Reset.
We don't judge our lineageâwe thank them for surviving, and then we release them from the job of managing our future. To break the cycle, you must do the opposite of the pattern. If they moved in chaos, you must move in peace. If they moved in scarcity, you must move in gratitude. You are the circuit breaker, my love.
Mantra
Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha
Pronunciation: Aum Gum Guh-nuh-puh-tuh-yea Nah-mah-hah
Meaning: "I bow to Ganesha, the remover of obstacles." Ganesha is the Lord of New Beginnings. We chant this to break the "obstacles" of karmic cycles and clear the path for a new destiny.
