Dear Aunty: My 2026 vision board is ready, so why do I still feel stuck in 2025?

Dear Aunty

I spent New Year’s Eve setting my intentions. My 2026 vision board is full of affirmations, career goals, and everything I say I want. But honestly? I still feel stuck—like I’m dragging last year’s weight behind me.

Why does it feel like I can’t start fresh, even when I want to?

Aunty's Response

Baby, let’s tell the truth. You can’t build a new house on old dirt.

You’ve done the vision work—but not the clearing work. You’re trying to plant 2026 seeds in 2025 soil that’s still full of roots, fear, and “almosts.” That’s why the motivation keeps sliding off you.

Here’s what’s real: Before you start anything new, you need a Clean Slate. That means closing emotional tabs—unfinished conversations, unspoken resentment, unpaid attention.

Grab a notebook and answer these four in truth, no performance:

What am I pretending doesn’t bother me anymore?

What part of me still believes I don’t deserve peace?

Who do I keep trying to prove something to?

What am I carrying that isn’t mine?

Now, choose one answer and start there. That’s your reset point.

And baby, don’t spiritualize procrastination. The Clean Slate Ritual System exists to help you finish releasing before you start manifesting.

Let it teach you discipline disguised as healing.

Collective Soul Tribe Lesson

Soultribe, we can’t pour 2026 dreams into 2025 containers. The reset isn’t about goals—it’s about guts. Clearing takes courage. Building takes belief. The universe can’t fill a full cup. Empty, rinse, and return.

Mantra

Om

Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya

 Pronunciation: Ohm Nah-moh Bhah-gah-vah-tay Vah-soo-day-vah-yah

Meaning: “I surrender to the Divine flow of renewal.” Practice: Chant 3x in the morning while washing your hands or clearing your space—let every rinse symbolize release.

Speak this affirmation 3 times in the morning when you rise and 3 times at night before you rest. Say it with intention, not just words. Let it shift your mindset and anchor your faith in your own journey.

Affirmation

“I release the weight of what was, and I open to what’s aligned.”
